iPhone XR iOS 13 signal issue

Apple and O2 are aware of an intermittent fault on a limited number of Apple iPhone XR devices. Apple is working on a resolution and we expect a software upgrade shortly.  
We acknowledge the impact this has had on some of our customers, and now we have confirmation of a fix with Apple’s next release

Here are some Q&As to help you

Q. Can I revert to a previous version of iOS?
A. No, it isn’t possible to revert to a previous version of software.
 
Q. How can I fix the problem?
A. You can turn the device off and on to restore the signal temporarily.
 
Q. When will this be fixed permanently?
A. We don’t currently have any timescales, but we’re working to resolve this as quickly as possible and Apple has confirmed they will have a fix in an upcoming software release.

Q. Will they let me know when the problem is fixed?
A. They’ll be contacting all customers who’ve reported this issue to advise them when it’s been fixed and what action to take.

Q. The Apple store says this is an O2 issue – is this the case?
A. No. Apple has confirmed they will have a fix in an upcoming software release.
